Engagements are led directly by the practice — not scoped by one team and delivered by another. That is the point of keeping it small, and it is why the number taken on each year is limited.
The work tends to arrive at the same moment: when a decision is too consequential to hand to a generalist, and too specific for a team that has not built in this domain before. Architecture, regulation and commercial reality usually have to be solved together.

Vince Alimi has spent over twenty years on the building side of financial technology — as a researcher, as an engineer on the technology behind tap-to-phone payments, and as CTO and CEO of ventures taken from first prototype through institutional backing and acquisition, including Mobeewave, acquired by Apple.
He founded Fintech Minds to put that experience directly into a small number of engagements each year — payments and financial infrastructure, venture and product, and the technical decisions that are too consequential to delegate.
